Responsibilities:
- Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
- Counseling patients on the proper use of medications, including dosage, side effects, and precautions.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
- To assist the pharmacist in dispensing drugs and other duties
- Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment
- Conducting medication reviews and providing medication therapy management services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participating in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Participate in company promotional activities as required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Well versed in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to perform shift duties.
- Continuous learning, refreshing and keeping knowledge up to date
- Possess positive thinking, self-initiative, sustainable passion towards pharmacy practice
- Good understanding of pharmacy's relevant laws and regulations
- Extend genuine warmth to customers, focus on medication safety
- Flexibility in tasks allocation and open-minded to accept new technologies and challenges
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Candidates with no retail experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
- It's a one-year program with a two-year bond
