Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Takaful products and services to potential clients and existing certificate holders
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to tailor Takaful solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on the latest Takaful regulations and market trends to offer relevant solutions.
• Deliver presentations and conduct workshops to educate clients about Takaful benefits and features.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in Takaful or insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Takaful products and regulatory requirements in the SEA region.
