Role Description The Pruventure i role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kuantan, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the individual will actively promote and provide Family Takaful solutions, including protection, savings, and investment-linked products, to meet customers financial and protection needs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting needs analysis, presenting suitable takaful plans, and guiding customers through the enrollment process. The role also involves building long-term relationships, providing ongoing policy servicing, and supporting customers with claims and policy reviews. The individual will participate in regular training, sales activities, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen market presence and uphold PruBSN's values and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage diverse customers and communities.
  • Sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities to prospect, present solutions, and maintain high-quality client support.
  • Basic financial literacy and understanding of insurance or takaful concepts; familiarity with shariah-compliant financial products is an advantage.
  • Comfort with digital tools, online communication platforms, and basic office software for hybrid work and remote servicing.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a performance-driven environment.
  • Minimum educational background of SPM or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to attend training, obtain necessary licenses or certifications, and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia; English language skills are beneficial. Experience in financial services
