- Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
A Successful PTP Accountant Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
