This role will lead and optimize the Banking, Treasury and end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) activities in EMEA / ASIA, in line with strategy, policy and guidelines in such a way that the operational and tactical PTP processes run efficiently and effectively, meeting the agreed service levels, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
What we ask
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Banking & Treasury, Accounts Payable, or a Global Business Services (GBS) environment within an international, multicultural setting
- At least 2+ years of people management experience in a managerial role, overseeing 8+ direct reports
- Strong end-to-end (E2E) Procure-to-Pay (PtP) process knowledge
- Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Coupa, Alusta, Basware, and Power BI
- Experience in a shared services environment within the food & beverage industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving and influencing capabilities
- Ability to inspire, lead, and drive high-performing teams
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Digital and automation literacy, including advanced use of Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)

Scope of Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and optimize the Banking & Treasury team across KL and Budapest GBS locations, ensuring delivery of operational KPIs, productivity, and continuous improvement (CI) targets
- Oversee and validate the execution of all payment types for entities transitioned to GBS, including HR and payroll-related payments
- Approve and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all payments processed within the FSSC scope
- Prepare, review, and analyze bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor cash flow and produce regular cash management reports to support business decision-making
- Manage bank administration activities for entities under FSSC, including account maintenance and compliance requirements
- Execute and ensure adherence to Internal Control Framework (ICF) controls and audit requirements
- Coordinate team activities, prioritize tasks, and manage delivery within medium to high complexity environments
- Monitor daily process performance and workload, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with local regulations and company policies
- Ensure all processes and activities are executed in compliance with internal controls, policies, and governance standards
