Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, travel and expense (T&E) payments, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures within the Banking & Financial Services department.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Identify opportunities for automation to streamline PTP processes.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on PTP processes and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PTP - Senior Specialist & Specialist should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in procure-to-pay processes within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems (i.e., SAP S4 HANA) and software tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing process improvements.
