Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Public Relations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage brand communications and public relations for the regional markets in Asia
- Collaborate with local teams to strengthen the brand's reputation while mitigating external risks
- Develop and implement high-impact marketing, PR, and communication strategies
- Oversee the full cycle of multi-channel marketing campaigns and PR programs, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Act as primary regional liaison for local market distributors, providing toolkits, assets, and strategic guidance
- Direct external agencies and partners, ensuring strict adherence to project deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Build strong media relationships to pitch stories and create brand-driven communication materials, including press releases and crisis management documents
- Analyze post-activity reports, monitor share of voice, and evaluate media coverage
- Use analytical skills to audit campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to maximize marketing effectiveness
- Support internal communications and represent the region in global meetings
- Coordinate planning and execution of customer and leadership events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, marketing agencies, public relations, or communications, with regional exposure considered a plus
- Ability to distill complex information into engaging narratives for media
- Strong project management skills across various stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery
- Proficient in event management for media tours and press conferences
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities for data reporting
- Self-starter with resourcefulness in obtaining information from diverse sources
