[Publishing Center] Community Operations Manager, Malaysia(A168220)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce SOPs for content publishing, engagement, social listening, and crisis response
• Recruit, train, and manage a bilingual (English & Bahasa Malaysia) moderator team to optimize response efficiency.
• Execute a tiered response protocol for routine inquiries, complaints, and issues .
• Quantify player sentiment shifts per campaign/update, flagging high-risk issues for immediate action.
• Boost follower growth, impressions, and engagement via culturally tailored content across FB/INS/TT/YT
• Safeguard brand authenticity by decoding Malaysia-specific preferences (e.g., religious nuances, local humor).
• Leverage managed player communities for rapid research:
• Inputs for live-campaigns based on real-time feedback.
• Deliver game-patch updates reports based on specific sentiment analysis and key-points
• Produce bi-weekly Malaysia Market Insights covering:
• Local event impacts on game metrics.
• Emerging player trends & deep dives into key topics.
• Holistic MLBB sentiment analysis.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in gaming community/social management with proven experience managing SEA moderator teams.
• Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of Malaysian sensitivities (religious, political, cultural) and ability to adapt content accordingly.
• Data Synthesis Skills: Track record of transforming raw social data into executive-ready insights, including correlation of real-world events with game metrics and prediction of emerging trends.
• Good communication and clear logical expression Famliar with cross-conuntry collaboration,to share in-depth local insights and perspectives for different stakeholders
• Effectively managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, with resilience to perform under pressure during peak periods.
• Gamer DNA: Deep MOBA knowledge (MLBB player preferred),
