Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
Location: Simpang Ampat, Penang, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Monthly responsibility for reconciliation with suppliers.
- Responsible for the follow-up of inventory entry, reconciliation, and entry of payment request materials on the information platform.
- Responsible for summarizing and submitting relevant payment request materials to the finance department and following up on payments.
- Responsible for the follow-up of suppliers invoices.
- Execution of OKR and intelligent performance.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proficiency inMandarin, English & BM is mandatory, with strong communication and expression skills, with an outgoing personality.
- Proficient in operating office software (Mandarin UI).
- Skilled in operating information platforms.
- Sensitive to data and capable of conducting data statistics and analysis.
- Actively and responsibly engaged in work.
Remuneration:
Gross salary of up to MYR 3,500 - MYR 3,800
