Issue Purchase order from Soon Soon Oilmill and Seberang Flourmill.
Analyze the Purchase Requisition from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of purchase and quotation. Provide assistance to user department, when required.
Update vendor recourse in OM & FM ERP system.
Send enquiry to supplier as per request, arrange for samples, testing and evaluation of new products.
Negotiating and bargaining with supplier to reduce company expenses.
Update and filling of purchasing documents
Maintaining accurate record of purchase and pricing.
Expedites outstanding purchase order to ensure delivery requirement are meet.
To issue delivery order and gate pass for sales of scrap.
To prepare daily incoming Vehicle Authorization Form.
Assist in receiving good while store personnel are not available
Undertaking any task assigned by management
Job Requirements
Diploma Holder in business, material management or any other relevant field
At least (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in purchasing.
Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain systems, ERP system is an added advantage.
Experience in Management/Supervisory experience and material management product.
Strong interpersonal relation skills, Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill, Strong follow up and ability to work in a team
Willing to work in Pulau Indah
Possess own transport and valid driving license
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Able to work independently, good working attitude, initiative, responsible and trustworthy
