Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase products based on sales demand and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on product development, design, and packaging improvements.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and warehouse teams on product updates, campaign execution, and in-store product presentation.
  • Assist in planning product assortments and optimizing product placement for sales performance.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and market data to make informed purchasing and merchandising decisions.
  • Maintain supplier records and ensure purchase orders are processed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, merchandising, or product development, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail display best practices is an advantage.
