Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders based on internal requests and inventory needs
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, resolve issues, and follow up on deliveries
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or operations teams to avoid shortages
  • Request quotations, compare vendor offers, and assist in negotiating favorable terms
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, delivery schedules, and supplier databases
  • Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing purchasing reports and summaries for management review
  • Assist the Purchaser in general and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary -SPM / STPM.
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Fresh or Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
