Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses- Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company
Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services- Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
Ensure the reception, storage, dispatch and daily management of the stock of products marketed by the company.
- Ensure the conformity of products received and delivered.
Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, inventory.- Keep a record of sales and restock.
Maintain an automated supply inventory database.
- Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines.
