We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive (Airframe MRO) to support our growing aircraft maintenance operations across Malaysia and Europe. If you thrive in a fast-paced aviation environment and enjoy working with global teams, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Maintain minimum stock levels of consumables and expendables (C&E) for MRO operations in Denmark and Malaysia.
- Review historical C&E orders to identify frequently used materials (quick runners) and ensure proactive stocking.
- Participate in daily morning meetings with the Malaysian & Danish teams (CET time zone).
- Analyze maintenance preload lists and ensure all required materials are available prior to aircraft induction.
- Monitor project orders and update minimum stock levels when required.
- Coordinate purchasing activities with the MRO purchasing team.
- Act as deputy for the On-Site Purchasing Manager when required.
- Work with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of purchasing experience (aviation / MRO preferred)
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating globally
- Experience with ERP / inventory systems is an advantage
