To perform local raw material ordering and inventory management to ensure on time deliveries and optimum RM stock for production.
To monitor and review on a frequent basis for RM & Packaging slow moving, obsolete and open RM & Packaging PO.
To execute plans for RM alternative and RM & non RM VAVE activites with collaboration with other related dept.eg Technical, Produciton, PME etc.
Responsible to maintain the review when necessary the IATF, SRP, and any other related audit and quality procedure documents pertaining to Purchasing.
To prepare monthly report for all purchasing expenses - for local purchase and miscellaneous items.
To participate in RM & Packaging team for chemical regulatory compliances surveys eg: 3TG, Hazardous Subtances, etc and also supply chain disruption survey.
To assist superior in preparing, check and validate Group Purchasing reports
To participate in supplier audits and collaborate with QMS to improvement and monitor supplier performance and strengthening supplier relationship management.
To assist superior in review, validate and negotiate supplier contract and agreements for RM, Packaging and non-RM in considering of company benefits.
Plan, implement, monitor and check/review purchasing process, environment and work place including 5S, KYA and QCC.
Job Requirement :
Minimum Degree in any field
At least five ( 5 - 8 ) years working experience in purchasing function
Able to work under independently and withminimum supervision
Strong analytical skills and good Microsoft Office proficiency - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
Attention to details with inquisitive and positive attitude
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Result oriented and desire to achieve outstanding performance
Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage
Must possess own transport and willing to work at Bukit Raja, Klang
