Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of APQP, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and update daily incoming material schedules.
- Review & control part inventory status to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to meet production requirements.
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and obtain necessary approvals.
- Track material shortages and take corrective actions to prevent supply disruptions.
- Update and maintain purchasing records, reports, and planning data.
- Coordinate supplier audits and follow-up improvement actions.
- Update production and purchasing planning reports (PSI, AISA, NPPC, etc.).
- Participate in APQP meetings and cross-functional discussions with QA/QC, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Support warehouse operations related to material labeling and inventory control..
- Support ISO, IATF, customer, and supplier audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and etc
- Prepare monthly and annual purchasing reports.
- Update annual supplier development plans and procurement KPIs.
