Purchasing Executive

Job Description:

• Source, select, and evaluate both existing and potential new suppliers.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, energy, and initiative while maintaining a high level of work commitment and integrity.
• Collaborate with the warehouse department to identify and assess potential new brands for sale.
• Generate reports on potential brands for review and decision-making.
• Ensure suppliers adhere to delivery deadlines to meet production requirements.
• Maintain optimal inventory control within company-set targets.
• Fulfill any additional job duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirement:

• This job is required to deal with supplier from other country
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Required Skill(s): MS Office & MS Excel.
• Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
