Job Description
• Understand business requirement and source vendors for products and services
• Participate in cross-functional process and training
• Assist in documentation arrangement, create and maintaining system data.
• Render support to daily purchasing assignments
• Gain Centralized Procurement knowledge, training, coaching, and assignments relating
to real world situations.
• Ability to work in a diverse work environment and support multiple purchasing
initiatives
• Work on real life environment that creates system data, placing order to supplier and
follow up shipment, GR and supplier payment.
• Prepare basic reporting as required by buyers and managers
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business
Studies/Administration/Management/Logistics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
• No work experience required.
