Handle all bookkeeping for raw material (oil) purchases
Manage oil contracts and ensure delivered oil meets required specifications
Coordinate with suppliers and production for timely oil delivery
Verify oil received is correct before payment
Track daily oil stock and prepare monthly reports
Purchase spare parts, packaging materials, and lab/process chemicals
Plan and manage purchasing activities according to company procedures
Monitor market trends and material availability
Control purchasing budgets for assigned materials
Review and approve specifications and supplier bids
Ensure all goods received meet quality, quantity, and timeline requirements
Help develop specifications for equipment and materials
Handle supplier issues/claims and prepare cost/market reports
Ensure compliance with QHSE, Food Safety, and Responsible Care standards, monitor and report system performance for continuous improvement, provide staff training to promote safety awareness, and adhere to Energy Management System requirements.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Business Management or related field
At least 5 - 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and 5 years
Knowledge of QHSE and Food Safety Management systems is required
