To support current workload on Q4 acute shortages & ensure Q1 material supply is secured.
To start with administrative tasks: SAP tasks/update (PIR/SL update, DR for NPI, QIR review), excel tracking/price comparison, send RFQ/drawings download,, etc
To support open market sourcing for COTS parts to connect supply
To possibly extend into some less challenging suppliers management (bulk part replenishment, etc)
Work closely with Production Planner on-demand requirement
Release purchase orders per system generated purchase requisitions and ensure all purchase orders are delivered on time.
Proactively monitor material delivery according to SIOP plan to ensure no material shortage impact to production.
Attend daily production meetings to communicate material issues and advise action items.
Perform weekly inventory monitoring to ensure all raw material inventory targets are achieved.
Supplier performance tracking and management.
Review E&O and manage LTB activities to minimize obsolescence risk.
Streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in performance and customer/employee satisfaction.
