Job Description

The Purchasing Staff manages procurement activities including supplier sourcing, purchase order processing, price negotiation, and delivery coordination. The role works closely with the inventory team and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal stock levels, while maintaining accurate records and complying with company and quality standards.

Job Description:

  1. Manage daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, selecting, and evaluating suppliers.
  2. Prepare and process purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
  5. Liaise with internal departments such as production and warehouse to support smooth operations.
  6. Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as quality and environmental standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).

Handle any purchasing-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
