The Role

Are you a strong communicator who thrives at the intersection of sales and delivery We're looking for a Pursuit Lead who can confidently manage the pre-sales journey, coordinate with architects and project managers, and drive professional services deals to a successful close, all while liaising fluently in Mandarin and English with key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Receive opportunity handoffs from the sales team to kickstart the pre-sales process

• Partner with the technical architect to develop staffing plans and define technical requirements

• Support the preparation of budgetary estimates for proposed engagements

• Draft Statements of Work and Enterprise Services Work Orders

• Manage approval processes to keep opportunities moving forward

• Lead the sales-to-delivery handover with the delivery team via the project manager

• Prepare and present compelling proposals in response to RFPs

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and writing), with English as a secondary working language

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in bid management, pursuit, or engagement management

• Prior Microsoft deal experience is essential

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with professional services deal shaping and delivery, PMO, or proposal preparation

• Familiarity with cloud services engagements is highly advantageous

• Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur during general business hours
