We are looking for an Python/Automation Developer to support BIOS/UEFI and platform validation through test automation, scripting, and debug support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell, or similar tools.
- Automate BIOS/UEFI validation test cases across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Support test execution for boot, power management, sleep states, peripherals, and regression validation.
- Analyze logs and debug failures with firmware, OS, and validation teams.
- Improve test coverage, reporting, and automation efficiency.
- Track issues in Jira and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fresh/Junior : 0–3 years of experience in automation, validation, firmware, or technical support.
- Senior: 4-7 years of experiences
- Basic knowledge of Python/Shell scripting, Windows/Linux, and debugging.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
- Open to Malaysians only.
