QA Engineer (Fresh Graduate) - Tampoi / Tebrau

• Handle Customer Claims: Lead investigations on complaints, conduct failure analysis, and issue 8D / Corrective Action reports.
• Oversee Process Quality: Monitor incoming, in-process, and final outgoing quality inspections.
• Drive QMS & Compliance: Support internal, supplier, and customer audits for standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Product Validation: Facilitate APQP and PPAP frameworks for new and existing production lines.
• Analyze Metrics: Use statistical tools (SPC, FMEA) to minimize defects and present monthly quality KPIs to management.

Job Requirements

• Education:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial).
• Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics, semiconductors, or automotive sector is a strong plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Core Quality Tools (8D, Ishikawa, Control Plans) and statistical software like Minitab.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the confidence to interface directly with international clients.
