Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for web applications, APIs, and integrations.

Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of front-end and back-end components.

Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern testing frameworks.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

Implement best practices in software testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development workflow.

Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Self-starter who works well with ambiguity and recognizes an opportunity to build an organization's QA Practices and Processes

Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Familiarity with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js for front-end testing.

Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Knowledge of back-end testing, preferably with Python-based applications (Django/Flask experience is a plus).

Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and API key management.
