vivo Malaysia is hiring QA Test Engineer!
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseas field network and localization function testing for vivo mobile phone products (Including third-party applications, OS functions, taboos, customs, etc.), as well as managing and tracking defects during the testing process.
- Responsible for verifying and handling complaints, promoting the efficient resolution of market issues.
- Responsible for collecting information on local user habits, network parameters, and industry competitors, and promptly driving the optimization of internal testing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science. Telecommunication engineering major is preferred.
- Fluent in daily English and Malay communication; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Experience in mobile software testing, sensitivity to software bugs, strong sense of responsibility, and field testing experience is preferred.
- Clear problem-solving mindset, strong learning ability, and a basic understanding of telecommunication expertise is preferred.
- More than 1 year of telecommunication engineering and testing experience, with preference given to those with mobile field testing experience.
- Fresh grads with a relevant background are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in QXDM, QPST, and other platform tools is preferred.
