Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QA strategy, test processes, and quality
metrics for all projects.
Lead planning and execution of manual and automated testing, ensuring coverage across
functional, regression, integration, and performance areas.
Define clear quality KPIs and reporting mechanisms for release readiness and post-release
validation.
Design, develop, and execute test cases for web applications, APIs, and integrations.
Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of front-end and back-end components.
Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern testing frameworks.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve issues
early in the development cycle.
Implement best practices in software testing, including functional, regression, performance, and
security testing.
Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development workflow.
Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering professional growth and continuous
improvement.
Manage workload allocation, priorities, and performance evaluations for QA team members.
Establish a strong quality culture that promotes ownership, accountability, and collaboration
across cross-functional teams.
Skills needed:
6+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a QA leadership or people management role.
Proven experience in SaaS or cloud-native environments, preferably B2B platforms.
Strong hands-on knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium,
PyTest, Postman/Newman).
Solid understanding of API testing, integration testing, and data validation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.) and Agile/Scrum
environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
