About the Role

Individuals proficient in Python scripting and experienced in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts. Having hands-on experience in firmware testing under the Agile methodology. People interested in testing work and with a proactive attitude toward quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Translating requirements into test cases
• Troubleshooting firmware issues with developers
• Working in cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with firmware developers for issue troubleshooting
• Reproduce defects across different firmware versions and camera products
• Conduct 1st-level triaging for root cause analysis
• Working in a team with other QA Engineers
• Report and validate bugs
• Interface with internal partners

Qualifications

• Mastery of Python scripting
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in QA/testing
• Proven experience in firmware testing using the Agile methodology
• Interest in testing work and commitment to ensuring software/hardware quality

Required Skills

• Python Scripting
• Automated test and Manual test
• Knowledge of embedded system debugging
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of Appium

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python scripting, understanding of Appium
