QA Engineering

• Monthly reporting on after sales product quality performance, service network repair performance, quality issues compensation claims & spare parts supply performance.
• Supervise Incoming product checking for new products & ad-hoc product inspection on quality defects.
• Conduct training & distribute updated product information, service manual, technical information to technicians.
• Monitor & improve technicians performance on repair skill know how & repair lead times.
• Assist technicians on troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning products, parts, appliances, and apparatus.
• Recommend temporary & long terms solutions on quality issues relating to products, parts, appliances, and apparatus.
• Working with Product Manager & Sales Teams to improve customer satisfactions on product & service performance.
• Routine & daily support to Call Centre agents on customer complaints on service or product quality performance enquiries or complaints.
• Mandarin literate window persons to communicate deeply with MIB PD QA persons in new products introduction and failure mode problem solving.
• Technically literate in-home appliances operation concepts, product troubleshooting and repairing skills.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 5+ years of experience in related industry.
