We're looking for a
QALead who can design and own
end-to-end testing frameworks -from automation and performance to security, monitoring, and alerting. This role is for someone who believes quality should be
engineered into the system, not tested at the end.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement QA frameworks from the ground up
- Define test strategy, tools, and automation standards
- Embed quality into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
- Lead automation, performance, security, and load testing
- Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams
What You Bring
- Hands-on with Git / Bitbucket / Robot Framework / Cucumber / OpenShift / Ansible / Docker
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging queues
- Automation scripting using Python, PowerShell, YAML
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Comfortable across Linux and Windows environments
