Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Manager located in Penang, Malaysia. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance including planning, implementing, and managing quality control systems. Day-to-day tasks will involve developing and enforcing quality protocols, leading QA team members, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with standards. The role requires collaboration with production and purchasing teams to resolve quality issues and to implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO Standards
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Six Sigma is a plus
