QA & QC activities within the company: Perform quality control inspections on incoming raw materials, outgoing ingredients, and finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality requirements.
Warehouse Training: Able to organize quality training to the Warehouse Team ensure company quality objectives are meet satisfactorily.
Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is properly maintained at all times and daily temperature monitoring records are accurately maintained.
Prototypes Sample Preparation: Prepare prototype samples for customer evaluation and maintain retained samples for future reference and assessment.
Pre-shipment Sample Monitoring: Ensure all pre-shipment samples received from suppliers are properly stored, documented, and maintained in the designated storage area.
Laboratory Test: Liaise with 3rd party laboratory to carry out lab test to ensure product meeting specification before release, prepare relevant documents like product specification, MSDS, monitor stability test as per schedule, keep a record of the retain sample of the finished product.
Quality Complaint Handling: Handle internal and external customers complaints and work closely with other departments involved to analyse the root cause and provide corrective actions.
Maintain Calibration Record. Ensure all the testing equipment is calibrated and maintained according to schedule.
Ad-hoc Tasks: To perform any additional tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Qualification: At least Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Food Technolgy Microbiology
or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 year(s) of relevant experience in QA/QC within food, nutraceutical or ingredient manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS), HACCP, ISO, GMP, MESTI, and HALAL.
Technical Skills: Ability to handle lab equipment as moisture balance, pH meter, refractometer, lamina flow will be an added advantage
Analytical Skills: Able to conduct inspections, analyze test results, identify non-conformities, and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Attention to Detail: Accurate and detail in inspection, testing, and documentation to ensure product quality and compliance.
Multi-tasking Ability: Able to plan, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Team Player: Willing to work as a team and able to work under tight pressure to meet deadlines.
Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
Language: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English.
Transport: Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.
