Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Software Automation Test Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automated test strategies and processes.
  • Lead a team of QA engineers in automation testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks and tools.
  • Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Mentor and train junior QA staff on automation testing best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in QA automation testing.
  • Strong experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
