Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo lead and guide QA Assistant for handling routine QA/QC task in
production, including checking raw materials, semi-finished products and
finished products
To monitor hygiene practice of workers in production
To monitor cleanliness in production
To monitor activity of CCP recording
To identify any issue related to food safety and quality control it, and
report to superior
Able to work in night shift
Other related works assigned by superior
Job RequirementsEducation: Diploma related to food
Experience: working experience in food industry, preferably in QA/QC for
2years
Skills: experience to manage staff
