This role will be based in Petaling Jaya.
What you'll be doing
- Support the maintenance and updating of quality databases, including raw material, contaminant testing, supplier, and COA records.
- Assist in compiling and reviewing regulatory and technical requirements, including Malaysia Food Regulations and Codex standards, related to raw materials and food safety.
- Support the development and updating of quality guidelines, standards, and reference documents.
- Assist with raw material verification activities, including master data, testing requirements, and documentation.
- Support quality improvement projects to improve data accuracy, standardisation, and process efficiency.
Requirement:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Quality Management related field
- Basic awareness of GMP, HACCP, and food safety principles
- Computer literacy — proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with digital tools such as SharePoint, Google Drive, or other document management systems is an added advantage
