To involve in commodities receiving and arrangement such as ensuring the sanitation of storage area and intake line, work closely with silo team for silo arrangement, monitor any abnormalities found for the parameter tested.
To highlight and provide sufficient information to formulator and purchaser for any material fluctuations in nutrient and toxin levels of commodity for reformulation and material rejection.
To coordinate in sample preparation and analysis for any special request sample that requires reporting out.
To assist in NIR preventive and maintenance, as well crosscheck and validate the results of NIR versus wetchem.
To support in providing data to the respective department to find the root cause.
To share and present the QC reports that require close monitoring such as mycotoxin report.
To involve in HACCP such as cross-contamination, heavy metal level determination.
To participate in 5S monitoring of laboratory.
To perform any other lawful tasks and assignments as directed by the management
Qualifications
Diploma in Science or any related field
1 - 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
