Job Responsibilities:- Perform analysis on assembly and test defect from production and qualification on semifinished or finished products.
Able to Read and understand the test data log and result.- Perform analysis using FA tools such as X-ray, SAM, Curve Tracer, Microscope, Thermal Emission, SEM, Polishing, etc.
Generate FA summary with FA findings.
- Understand failure mode with mechanism is preferred.
Supports Engineering Evaluations and other Qualification Activities as required by Engineering
Electrical background with adequate knowledge on semiconductor assembly process and technology- Understand failure analysis methodology and flow such as X-ray, SAM, Curve Tracer, Microscope, Thermal Emission, SEM, Polishing, etc.
