Job Title: QAQC Engineer Data Centre Projects

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QAQC Engineer to join our team for large-scale Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that construction works comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on inspection experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the project's Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems in accordance with company procedures and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests on construction works, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with design, standards, and specifications.
- Review and approve submittals, method statements, and material test reports.
- Monitor and document non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate with design, project, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and site inspections by clients or third parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Data Centre, Industrial, or M&E projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, construction codes, and QA/QC procedures.
- Proficient in quality management systems, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently on site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
