The QAQC Executive is responsible for supplier coordination, quality documentation, audits, and continuous product quality monitoring to support high standards across the company's product range.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Evaluation & Quality Assurance
- Ensure completeness of product documentation (COA, COC, Halal, shelf-life reports, etc.).
- Coordinate product testing and certifications for timely launches.
- Review artwork and marketing materials for accuracy and compliance.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Liaise with suppliers on quality issues and conduct regular audits.
- Qualify vendors and track performance through defect and complaint analysis.
- Coordinate lab testing and manage CAPA follow-ups.
Process & Compliance
- Maintain SOPs, inspection checklists, and quality records.
- Review incoming COAs for specification compliance.
- Report defects and complaints to relevant teams.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor vendor performance and compile complaint data for quality improvements.
- Support quality projects and address product/system issues proactively.
Skills & Experience Requirement:
- 2-3 years in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a regulated or product-based industry.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and laboratory testing requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing QC inspectors is an advantage.
