The Contract Executive is responsible for administering, managing, and overseeing contractual matters for solar (PV) and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company's commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage, prepare and Implement the QAQC Management System at project site
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site.
- Coordinate internal and external on all quality matters, all receipt inspections.
- Coordinate risk assessment and responsible for assuring corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and Distribute relevant QAQC documentation to relevant parties and ensure the work as per standard
- Liaise with project team in achieving quality objectives through effective implementation and continuous improvement activities.
- Verify the quality related site activities in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
- Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
- Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built handover.
- Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
- Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
- Lead resolution of quality issues and continuously do improvement to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering, Or Civil & Structural.
- At least 3-5 years of QAQC experience in the related field is required in this position, preferable from solar industry.
- Knowledgeable in ISO, QC tools, QMS.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
