Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Project QAQC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and inspection checklists to ensure project quality standards are met
- Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), punch lists, and support quality-related project close-out activities
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related matters
- Perform site inspections and witness testing, inspection, and commissioning activities
- Prepare and maintain QAQC reports, records, and supporting documentation
- Support the project team during testing and commissioning activities, including commissioning (Cx) related works
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction or related industries
- Experience in QAQC activities, including preparation and management of ITP, PQP, MOS, and related documentation
- Hands-on experience in site quality control and inspection activities
- Familiar with weekly and monthly QAQC reporting
- Able to independently manage NCR processes, including follow-up and closure
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Mandarin speaking ability is required to support Mandarin-speaking clients and project stakeholders
