Job Description :
A. Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
- Support certification and recertification audits.
- Act as the main contact for customer complaints, analyze trends, and propose improvements.
- Monitor QA/QC performance, prepare management reports, and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, and SPC.
- Work with R&D and Production to integrate quality into new product development.
- Manage customer audits and support supplier evaluation/qualification.
- Mentor and develop QA/QC team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage quality/environmental risks.
B. Operational Responsibilities
- Supervise QC inspections, testing, and laboratory analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee non-conformance reports (NCRs) and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Maintain records of QA/QC activities and prepare monthly quality reports.
- Ensure proper upkeep of laboratory facilities, equipment, and stock of chemicals/materials.
- Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements, including COA submissions via OEM system.
- Enforce safety, PPE usage, and 5S workplace standards.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Education & Experience Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (preferred), or in a related Science/Technical field.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as QA/QC Manager with team leadership.
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 QMS.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory systems and analytical techniques in a QC/Commercial setting.
- Experience in production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in listening, reading, and writing in Chinese.
