QC Technician (Baking)

• Perform baking tests on flour samples to check quality.
• Help with testing for competitor products, customer complaints, and research.
• Report any quality issues to your supervisor.
• Keep records of test results and activities.
• Assist with product demos, training, and sales support.
• Ensure the Customer Service Department (CSD) facilities and equipment are in good condition and report any problems.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Keep company recipes and quality data confidential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply!
• Passionate about baking and eager to learn about flour quality and applications.
