Job Title: QHSE Coordinator
Reports to: Regional Business Manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in HSE and quality management role, preferably in the oil and gas industry;
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related field is generally required.
- Green Book (Safety and Health Officer) preferred
- Experience maintaining an ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Internal audit training
- First Aid training
- Root Cause Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining TMT's quality objectives;
- Ensuring that reports are maintained for the quality objectives;
- Providing day to day support to all employees/managers on the implementation and management of quality management initiatives;
- Developing and implementing quality manual, procedures, and related processes ensuring all elements of ISO 9001 standard is complied with;
- Ensuring quality manual is fit for purpose and is regularly reviewed to comply with TMT's changing requirements;
- Ensuring continued third party certifications and compliance with international standards;
- Implementing internal audit program for the company in collaboration with department managers;
- Conducting QMS internal audits, auditing implementation of quality objectives, processes and procedures as stated in quality manual and as per ISO 9001 standard requirement;
- Supporting HSEQ manager in planning and conducting annual management review meeting and establishing/reviewing quality objectives for the company;
- Managing and monitoring customer feedback register;
- Representing company during external and or client audits/inspections;
- Maintaining Central Close Out Register and managing all actions until closeout;
- Liaising with workshop manager/personnel in developing and maintaining central calibration register;
- Developing and delivering quality induction to all new employees or as required by HSEQ manager;
- Providing coaching and mentoring in quality to TMT personnel.
The quality coordinator will also need to assist the support administrator as needed with the following duties:
- Managing the document management system (SharePoint);
- Maintaining the document control register;
- Preparing and submitting quotes and tenders;
- Maintaining the quote/tender registers.
Project Quality Management responsibilities:
- Ensuring preparation and implementation of project quality plans, quality control plans, and project quality procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standards;
- Supporting project managers in liaising with clients about quality matters and contractual requirements related to quality;
- Ensuring project close outs are adequately performed;
- Supporting HSEQ manager in developing risk assessment reports for project;
- Providing support to the project managers during ROV mobilization and demobilization by making sure all appropriate paperwork is complete.
