Job Title: Developer - QR Management

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Developer to support QR Management initiatives within the Core Banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating Change Requests (CR), monitoring SDLC activities, tracking project progress, and supporting implementation readiness activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong SDLC knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and experience working in banking or financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track Change Request (CR) progress from execution phase until UAT sign-off.
Coordinate with development teams to resolve issues and challenges related to CR implementation.
Support end-to-end SDLC activities and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Consolidate implementation checklists prior to go-live activities.
Review implementation readiness with delivery teams before presenting updates to CR management teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and progress tracking materials.
Facilitate communication between business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders.
Support project governance activities using project management and collaboration tools.
Participate in project meetings, issue tracking, and risk escalation processes.
Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience in IT project coordination, development support, or banking technology environments.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with experience participating in at least 2 full SDLC cycles.
Experience in Change Request (CR) monitoring and implementation tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working in Core Banking or QR Payment Management projects.
PMO (Project Management Office) background or exposure.
Familiarity with UAT coordination and release management processes.
Knowledge of banking operational processes and change management practices.
Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
