Job Description
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Internal Quality management systems and ISO standards
- Collaborate with teams to investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions
- Provide guidance and training on quality procedures and best practices
Job Specification
- Experience in quality management systems along with internal and external auditing programs, corrective actions management, continuous improvement, and training.
- Lead auditor qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of ISO9001 or similar standards (desirable)
- Location: Mid Valley.
