Job Description

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Internal Quality management systems and ISO standards
  • Collaborate with teams to investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and training on quality procedures and best practices

Job Specification

  • Experience in quality management systems along with internal and external auditing programs, corrective actions management, continuous improvement, and training.
  • Lead auditor qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 or similar standards (desirable)
  • Location: Mid Valley.
