Description
We are seeking a Quality Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance testing for software applications to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and improve product quality.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts according to specifications and requirements.
- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance the efficiency of the testing process.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback on product usability, reliability, and performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and present quality metrics reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or JUnit.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
