About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality leader to head our Quality & Metrology function. This role is responsible for ensuring our cutting tools (end mills, drills, and specials) meet the highest international standards, customer requirements, and ISO certifications. You will oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Metrology, lead a large team and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA, QC, and Metrology teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
- Oversee inspection activities, calibration programs, and supplier quality management.
- Strengthen NPI quality processes, including FAI, PFMEA, and process capability studies.
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and customer complaint resolution.
- Act as the company's quality representative in audits and customer engagements.
- Promote a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management (Master's preferred).
- 810 years of quality management experience in precision machining, cutting tools, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
- Leadership experience managing large quality teams (>30 staff).
- Proficient in QA/QC tools, metrology, calibration, SPC, and problem-solving.
