Job Description

Quality Assurance Support:

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Perform regular quality checks on products, services, or processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Document and report non-conformances and support corrective action plans.
  • Conduct inspections of materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to engineers or management.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, OSHA, or other applicable frameworks.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and participate in initiatives to enhance quality.
  • Collaborate with production teams to reduce defects and improve operational efficiency

Skills Needed

  1. Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of software tools for QA (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab, or other statistical tools).
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Open for Diploma Fresh graduates.
  • Salary range RM 2,000- RM 2,300.
