Quality Assurance Support:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Perform regular quality checks on products, services, or processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Document and report non-conformances and support corrective action plans.
- Conduct inspections of materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to engineers or management.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, OSHA, or other applicable frameworks.
- Identify areas for process improvements and participate in initiatives to enhance quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to reduce defects and improve operational efficiency
Skills Needed
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of software tools for QA (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab, or other statistical tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Open for Diploma Fresh graduates.
- Salary range RM 2,000- RM 2,300.
