Requirement Triaging stage, Development, QA as well as after deployment processes to make sure all bugs can be resolved before production deployment.
QA Tester also will help to run Full Test, Smoke Test or Monkey test on the application in QA Environment and Production after it is deployed.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with developers as well as Business Analyst or Business Stakeholders to triage and refine the requirements, help the BA and Developer to find out more undiscovered scenarios that need to be handled in the application.
Perform QA Testing as per user story written in Jira and Document Test Cases for each user story.
Estimate effort required for QA test for each user story before estimation call
Perform QA Regression Testing for Stories that are built by developers
Support Business Analyst / Developer triage detail requirements and help find undiscovered test scenarios to cover the business logics.
Document Screenshots and Test Steps that will be used for User Training / Communication purposes.
Help the team to automate the QA Test Process, especially Regression Test.
Work on Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
Actively participate in QA and UAT activities before product releases.
Occasionally support the Pre-Sales Team and incoming Support Tickets where you are required to verify the issue and escalate to the technical team.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
